Job Title: Associate Marketing Project Manager
Location: Leamington Spa (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Secret Mode. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming and marketing operations, with strong communication and coordination skills. You will play a key role in managing creative asset workflows, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners, and supporting an efficient execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with external agencies to monitor progress on marketing assets such as trailers, key art, logos, and other creative deliverables.
* Maintain accurate records of timelines, milestones, and delivery status.
* Act as the point of contact for internal teams regarding updates or changes to creative assets.
* Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on the latest asset status and approvals.
* Organize and collate feedback rounds from internal and external stakeholders.
* Track approvals and ensure timely sign-off on creative materials.
* Maintain organized file systems for marketing assets and documentation.
* Update trackers, roadmaps, and project management tools to reflect current progress.
* Assist with budget tracking for marketing projects.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Interest in video games and understanding of gaming culture is a plus.
Travel Requirements
This role requires you to be in our Leamington Spa studio for two days a week and may involve occasional travel to events.
