Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Subsea Project Engineer to join our Engineering team in Aberdeen. This role provides technical expertise and support across a range of projects, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions. The Senior Subsea Project Engineer will work on complex and diverse work scopes, contributing to project success while mentoring junior engineers and supporting business growth.

Reports to:
Engineering Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onshore and offshore project engineering support.
* Mentor and develop engineers within the team.
* Support tenders, proposals, and project management activities.
* Contribute to business development efforts.
* Review and approve technical documentation and subcontractor deliverables.
* Conduct technical audits, design reviews, and resource planning.
* Supervise personnel assigned to specific projects.
* Assist in developing CTRs and manpower plans.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role within subsea/offshore engineering.
* Strong project management and engineering skills.
* Familiarity with relevant legislation, standards, and full project lifecycle.
* Experience with offshore operations such as DSV/CSV construction, rigid/flexible pipelay, heavy lifting, mooring, and vessel mobilisations.
* Offshore experience is desirable.
Qualifications:
* University degree in a relevant engineering discipline preferred.
