Sales Manager – Estate Agency Location: Nuneaton Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 On Target Earnings: £50,000 – £55,000 (uncapped commission) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturdays: One in every two (10:00am – 2:00pm) with a day off in lieu (Thursday) An established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Nuneaton is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop its residential sales division. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, Assistant Sales Manager or existing Sales Manager looking to join a dynamic, close-knit team where performance is recognised and rewarded.
