Macildowie HR are currently working in partnership with a big name brand based in Milton Keynes.
They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Employer Brand experience to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract initially.
Now, this business are going placed physically and metaphorically, they have c600 employee's worldwide and 150 ish here in the UK. They have exciting plans to grow across all areas at a steady pace.
This role has two parts (literally)
Recruitment
* You will support the key stake holders with recruitment across Europe
* The roles you will be responsible for recruiting will sit in the sales, marketing, finance, quality, technical world - mainly white collar!
* You will work on anything from 5 niche roles to 20 positions at any one time
Employer Brand
* You will partner with the global brand team with regards to social media, comms etc.
* Management of social media recruitment campaigns, website analytics, talent attraction all with an employer brand focus
* Tech - you will be curious about systems, be able to find your way around various ones, produce various reports and insights.
This role will sit as part of a team of 5 supporting the headcount across Europe. They are looking for someone proactive, who uses the initiative and just cracks on (however there will obviously be support there when needed)!
