Machine Operator - Temp to Perm - Quick Starts - Training and Progression
We are looking for a Factory Labourer in the Colchester area for an immediate start! - This is working on a rotating shift pattern that includes days, nights and weekends with days off built into the shift.
Duties of the Factory Labourer;
Safe and efficient running of the machines
Supplying product for skilled machinist
Cleaning down machinery during material changes
Loading and unloading of machinery
Undertaking quality control task and performing quality checks
Completing associated paperwork
The ideal Factory Labourer;
Previous experience in Manufacturing and Production preferred
Good communication skills
Good level of numeracy
Looking for a long term role
Hours;
Working on a rotating 12 hours shift pattern (including days, nights and weekends)
(There will be a 2 week training period on a day shift first)
