Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large,plex organisations—preferably in the insurance sector.
2. Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects.
3. Strong understanding of PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar.
4. Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business process improvement.
5. Exceptionalmunication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
