This is for an experienced Legal Assistant to specialise in the Wills & Probate support function and hit the ground running. Your Role at a Glance: As a key support to the Wills & Probate team, you'll keep the wheels turning smoothly – providing top-tier secretarial and administrative support with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. Your Day-to-Day: Drafting legal documents & correspondence (audio-typing word processing) Managing client files from open to close – securely and efficiently Delivering outstanding client care – both face-to-face and over the phone Handling appointments, diaries, and meeting arrangements Supporting fee earners and fellow secretaries Mentoring junior and temp secretaries where needed What You Bring to the Table: Proven experience in a Legal Secretary role – especially in Wills, Probate & Estate Management Fast, accurate typing and impeccable document formatting Ability to do both copy typing and audio typing Super-strong organisational skills and razor-sharp attention to detail Confidence with legal software and digital case management tools A professional, can-do attitude and commitment to client service What is in this for you?
