Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:
* In this role, I expect you to work closely with the Service Desk, IT Country Manager, and other Group IT support teams to deliver efficient and cost-effective IT services. Your hands-on responsibilities will include:
* Purchasing, building, configuring, and maintaining IT assets, keeping asset databases and directories updated.
* Maintaining stock of IT assets and mapping the IT infrastructure with support from Global IT to ensure maximum uptime (this includes VOIP, LAN, WiFi, and ISP connections).
* Providing user assistance and support to the IT Help Desk, both onsite and remotely (first line as needed).
* Approaching the resolution of allocated user/service desk issues professionally and efficiently, keeping customers informed of progress within expected timescales.
* Offering general assistance in using internal systems and software packages, including training for users.
* Potentially attending site/regional offices as required, delivering a professional, punctual, and courteous service.
* Assisting with the purchase of IT assets, providing options and processes for users to order.
* Communicating Group IT correspondence effectively and helping ensure appropriate internal and external security systems and procedures are in place while reporting any breaches in security as appropriate.
