What You’ll Be Doing
Advising employees on all aspects of employment law, including:
1. Unfair dismissal
2. Redundancy
3. Discrimination & whistleblowing
4. Disciplinary & grievance issues
5. Settlement agreement negotiations
6. Running your own caseload with independence and confidence
7. Drafting letters before action, settlement proposals, and detailed assessments
8. Negotiating strong settlements and preparing cases for litigation where needed
9. Recording time accurately and meeting realistic billing targets
10. Helping improve digital processes, tools, and the overall client journey
