Account Manager – UK/EU Region
📍 Hybrid (Essex-based preferred) | Travel across UK/EU as required

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts across the UK and Europe.

Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing product support.
*
Manage account renewals, prepare proposals, and track opportunities in CRM systems.
*
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
*
Identify growth and expansion opportunities within accounts.
*
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
*
Advocate for clients internally, helping to shape the product roadmap.
*
Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all client communications and documentation.
Skills & Experience:
*
2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles in SaaS/tech.
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to support clients to succeed.
*
Experience managing revenue-owning accounts and driving growth.
*
Excellent training, support, and problem-solving abilities.
*
Comfortable with data, analytics, or research-heavy environments.
*
Experience in market research, analytics, or insights industries is a plus.
*
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages welcome.
*
Automotive interest/experience is advantageous but not essential.
