Are you a skilled CNC Operator within a manufacturing environment? At the Barnstaple site, as a CNC setter you will be responsible for the creation of tube-fittings, valves, manifolds, and further components with CNC equipment and brand new technology coming in. Responsibility will be yours for keeping to quality standards for set components made for a large variety of international projects.

Responsibilities of the role:
* Set and operate CNC machines (including lathes and mills) to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications
* Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments and ensure parts meet required tolerances and standards
* Interpret and follow engineering drawings, routings, and documentation accurately
* Support continuous improvement activities by contributing to best practice sharing and keeping to site standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety principles and company requirement standards
Skills required:
* CNC machine setting and operating previous experience - and/or manual machining background
* Can read and interpret engineering drawings
* Basic understanding of measuring tools such as; gauges, verniers, calliper. Experience with measuring and keeping to correct components specifications
* Previous experience using similar site machinery but training will be provided if not; Okuma and Doosan lathes, Mazak and Bridgeport Mills, Wickman 6 Spindle Machine
* Experience with Pneumatic components will be a strong bonus to have
