Role and Responsibilities
Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex as Client Service Group Leader. With 16 Flight Simulators on-site, you will be working in a busy live-training environment and will play a critical part in supporting our vision of being the recognized global training partner of choice.
The role we are offering you
In this role, you are responsible for leading, guiding, and supporting our Client Services team, ensuring a resolute commitment to the overall Client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Client Service team, ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded through superior service levels.
* Regularly monitor survey results via the Qualtrics system, assign cases, and provide data as required. Seek and drive opportunities for improvement to enhance the Client experience based on survey data and suggestions.
* Provide on-site client assistance to resolve problems and handle complaints in a manner that ensures good customer relations with an emphasis on client retention.
* Manage relationships with CAE’s Travel Partner to ensure clients are provided with high-quality, good-value travel and accommodation options.
* Bring similar experience from a previous role in a busy, operational environment.
* Have experience in developing and guiding a team.
* Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Have the ability to execute and deliver on plans and drive cultural change.
* Experience in identifying optimal customer solutions.
* Have cultural understanding and awareness.
* Be confident, well-spoken, with the ability to capture customers’ attention through superior negotiation and persuasive skills.

This on-site position is based at our Business Aviation Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. We offer a full-time, permanent contract. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week, with flexibility required to work bank holidays and occasionally weekends.
