Job Summary
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and move into a leadership role? At TALKWORKS, one of the leading providers of mental health services in the country, we have exciting opportunities to join us as a Senior PWP and progress your career. We are recruiting 2x full time equivalent positions in our South Hams & West Devon Team (based in Tavistock and Ivybridge) and our Exeter City Team (based in Exeter). In this senior position, you will work closely with your Clinical Team Lead and oversee a team of PWPs. You will be supported with access to regular supervision, training, and opportunities to collaborate with senior colleagues across the service. We welcome applications from positive, motivated individuals with a strong interest in primary care mental health, a passion for professional growth and leadership. Interviews will be held face to face on 22nd and 23rd October.
