Manage a portfolio of UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans (both syndicated and bilateral)Review finance documents with the client ahead of loan closing and manage them through the life of the loanBuild financial models and track key milestones such as conditions subsequent, construction progress, and borrower reporting in line with loan documentationLiaise with borrowers, agents, and their representatives to ensure timely submission of required reports and informationSupport the client with restructurings, amendments, waivers, and other ad hoc borrower requestsReview draft transfers, waterfall calculations, redemption statements, and other financial documentationPrior experience in CRE AM role is essential to complete the role successfully.
