Podcast Studio & Marketing is a content creation and social media company specialising in podcast production, video content, and digital marketing are looking to add a Marketing Assistant to their team. They work with a range of clients from podcasters and brands to businesses looking to grow their online presence. The studio offers end-to-end services including recording and editing services.
The successful candidate will be offered a full time permanent 37.5 hours per week contract and an hourly rate of £12.60
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and schedule engaging social media content for clients and podcast channels; Assist with podcast production: recording, editing, and uploading episodes; Capture and edit behind-the-scenes and promotional content during on-site visits; Monitor social channels, engage with audiences, and respond to comments/messages; Help manage platforms such as Discord, Patreon, YouTube, and TikTok; Collaborate with the wider team on episode planning, content ideas, and guest coordination; Analyse content performance and support reporting for clients; Support with branding, thumbnail and graphic creation, and merchandise fulfilment.
Essential criteria: Strong interest in social media, podcasts, and digital content; Good communication and organisational skills; Willingness to learn and work as part of a team; Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Desirable criteria: Experience using social media scheduling tools; Basic knowledge of editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva); Interest in video production and photography; Creative mindset and eye for engaging content.
