Job Title: People and Finance Solution Architect Oracle FusionJob Type: Contract Inside IR35Location: Crawley, UK - HybridDuration: 6 monthsThe role will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team but working solely on the Fusion programme team. As such will need to communicate with the Architecture Team, the business stakeholders, Technology team and our third party Technology provider.Your responsibilities: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)Delivery of agreed change requests and enhancements, with an agreed solution design and appropriate documentation.Working closely with both the business and technology to ensure adherence to Virgin Atlantic technical principles, patterns and standards. E.g., Configure not customiseSpecification of integrations into the wider Virgin Atlantic estate, including adherence to existing technical principle, patterns and standards, this may include recommendations for development of new patterns where necessary.Understanding data models and defining the data flow approach.Handling ad-hoc design decisions in a pragmatic way, adapting the HLD as required to reflect actual implementation.Carrying out due diligence to ensure the non-functional requirements of the solution are met, including regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring the programme follows the correct architectural governance processes.Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)Knowledge of the architecture and design of Oracle FusionKnowledge of the standard data models used in Oracle Fusion SaaS solutionSignificant expertise with Oracle Fusion across HCM and ERPKnowledge of C4 modelling useful but not essential.Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: (As applicable)Airline domain, Oracle FusionTPBN1_UKTJ
