Salary: Up to £38,000 (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multimodal Freight Coordinator to join a well-established and growing logistics operation based in Inverurie. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage end-to-end freight processes across multiple transport modes.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage international imports/exports via air, sea, and/or road freight
* Handle end-to-end shipment processes, from booking through to final delivery
* Complete customs entries independently, ensuring full compliance with UK regulations
* Liaise with freight partners, agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
* Maintain accurate documentation and records for all import activities
* Ensure compliance with HMRC and all relevant import/export legislation
Requirements
* Proven experience in a multimodal import/export or freight forwarding role
* Strong knowledge of UK customs procedures with the ability to complete your own entries
* Experience using customs systems (e.g., CDS or similar)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
