We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Assistant to join the Finance Team at its head office. If you have a passion for numbers, strong Sage 50 & Excel skills, and 2+ years’ experience in AP or credit control, this is your chance to grow in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable
* Supplier reconciliations
* Credit control and customer account management
* Bank & PDQ reconciliations
* Support month-end processes and financial reporting
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Assist with process improvements and internal efficiency
What You’ll Need:
* Accounting qualification (AAT or working towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
* Experience with Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
