Teaching Assistant Vacancy – Full-Time Role in Radcliffe (Starting September)
Teaching Personnel is partnering with a well-regarded primary school in Radcliffe to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support Year 2 pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN). This full-time role (8:30 am – 3:30 pm) offers the chance to work closely with both small groups and 1:1 with students, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Role Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, both in small groups and individually
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored educational activities
* Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet pupils’ specific learning needs
* Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported
* Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to support holistic student development
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Level 2 Safeguarding qualification (training can be provided if needed)
