Video Producer- Manchester/Hybrid- 12 Months- £30-£35 ph PAYE\n\nThis role focuses on creating compelling short-form videos that bring stories to life effectively using both existing library content and newly shot footage and interviews. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of shortform video production techniques and best practices across a range of digital and offline channels, with the expertise to craft stories that engage target audiences with facts and emotion. The successful candidate will collaborate to write scripts, storyboards and design briefs for local agencies as well as an existing video editing team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCreate engaging 1-5 minute videos that effectively communicate messages to target audiences\nPlan, script, and oversee video edits from rushes and library footage to enhance our storytelling\nBrief and manage external agencies and in-house video editors\nProvide detailed shooting briefs for local camera teams and agencies\nWork collaboratively with writers, editors, business partners of key Business Units and senior managers\nOccasional travel to direct or shoot on location\nEnsure all video content meets brand guidelines and quality standards\nEnsure projects are within agreed budgetSkills: \n\nProven experience as a Video Producer with excellent storytelling abilities\nStrong knowledge of short-form video production techniques and best practices, including digital storytelling for key corporate audiences\nExcellent Video editing skills\nExperience with Final Cut Pro\nExperience briefing agencies and managing remote creative resources\nAbility to direct editors remotely to craft compelling content\nExcellent project management and communication skills\nCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesEducation: \n\nDegree level with at least 5 years professional experience in video editing and story production \n\nHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.\n\nWe practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
