Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning.
Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financialreports, including variance analysis and trend identification.
Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs)and metrics to measure business performance and driveoperational improvements.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investmentdecisions, and business planning processes.
Support the annual budgeting process by coordinating withbusiness units to gather input, analyse data, and developbudget models.
Provide decision support to senior management throughfinancial presentations, scenario analysis, and ad hocreporting.
Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investormaterials, and other financial communications.
Monitor and track key financial metrics and performanceindicators, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Continuously evaluate and enhance financial planning andanalysis processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors, andregulatory changes that may impact financial performance
Qualifications,Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, orrelated field required
• 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis,corporate finance, or related roles, preferably in a multinationalmanufacturingenvironment.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, andExcel
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accountingconcepts, and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complexdata, identify trends, and generate insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the abilityto convey financial information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional teamenvironment and influence decision-making.
• Strategic mindset and business acumen, with a focus ondriving value and achieving financial objectives.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality inall deliverables.
