We are currently looking for a Public Health Nursing Administrator to join our Business Support Team

10. Able to use a laptop (TEAMS/Outlook/Calendars/Microsoft Edge/Excel/Word).

What key tasks/responsibilities will the role involve:
17. Using a laptop and various internal systems and Microsoft packages to conduct your role.
18. Working in a flexible way – some home working and some office-based work.
19. Taking calls from the public, partnership agencies and colleagues.
20. Managing shared email mailboxes as well as your own email.
21. Booking appointments and sending letters and text messages confirming appointments.
22. Uploading documents.
23. Following processes.
24. Attending and contributing at meetings.
