Do you have experience in fabrication finishing, fettling or assembly and have supervised a team?
We are looking for an experienced Metal Finisher and Assembly leader, to work with a fabrication company within Nottinghamshire.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working within and supervising a team
* Grinding, deburring, metal finishing, as well as fettling.
* Assembly operations, quality control
* Working with new staff members and training
* Team support, production targets and working with higher management.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous team leading experience
* Experience hands‑on within fabrication
* Able to work within a team and manage a team
