As a Production Team Leader, you will manage a number of Production Operatives and ensure KPIs are delivered, focusing on quality and customer service. You will ensure all Operatives are trained and that standards are maintained and followed. You will also be responsible for resolving all production issues in your area and work closely with the Production Managers to ensure shift targets are met.
What do I need to apply?
This role requires someone who has previous experience of managing/supervising a team, good organisational and communication skills, a true understanding of the customer's requirements, flexibility, and an ability to remain calm and positive.

The role is offered on a full‑time, permanent basis with the hours of work being 3.45 p.m. to midnight on a Tuesday to Saturday rota.
