Team Leader – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
📍 Greenford, London (UB6) | 💰 Up to £14.50 per hour + £50 per sleep-in | Permanent
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join a children’s residential home in Greenford, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This role is ideal for someone ready to step up from a Senior Support Worker position or already working as a Team Leader in a similar setting.
The Role:
* Provide hands-on support for children and young people with EBD.
* Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of Residential Support Workers.
* Lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the home.
* Support the Registered Manager with care planning, safeguarding, and compliance.
* Promote a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children to thrive.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker in a children’s residential EBD home.
* Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to lead by example.
* Resilient, compassionate, and confident in managing challenging situations.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins.
