Head of NPI and Data Governance
Location: UK, Hybrid (Manchester, Corby or London) - travel required to all locations

With an ever-growing portfolio of products and expanding global presence, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our new product introduction and data governance teams.
You will provide strategic and operational oversight to ensure supplier data is onboarded efficiently to increased standards. You'll advise and lead the business in its cross-functional systems, process, and data model requirements to increase both product speed to market and product growth capability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead business transformation to improve supplier product onboarding using digital technology, creating advanced automated product introduction processes.
2. Proactively manage the product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation.
3. Ensure data governance and delivery of accurate product data to protect customers and minimize business risk.
4. Introduce automation and digital solutions to enable scalable growth while reducing costs.
5. Reduce time to market to less than 7 days for market-leading launch plans and high-quality data standards.
6. Drive continuous improvement in product launch and lifecycle management using data and insights.
7. Lead and develop a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
8. Collaborate with solutions architecture and IT to deliver a flexible technical architecture for product introduction and maintenance.
9. Provide thought leadership in content briefing, standards management, and supplier acquisition capabilities.
What We Are Looking For
* High technical competence with digital enterprise content systems (PIM, DAM, CMS).
* Strong leadership experience (around 36 FTEs) and large-scale transformation expertise.
* Proven process design and re-engineering skills.
* Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
* Experience managing offshore partners and performance KPIs.
* Ability to work proactively with diverse global stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, data-driven mindset, and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
* Budget management experience and understanding of key metrics.
