Job Description
Fontwell Park Racecourse is seeking a Hospitality & Events Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will report to the Catering Operations Manager and collaborate with the Business Manager. Your role will be to maintain high operational standards across all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations at Fontwell Park. You will develop service and food standards that demonstrate innovation, flair, and creativity, keeping up with industry and competitor standards while showcasing best practices with a commercial mindset.
You will lead with a hands-on approach, developing the site’s offerings and personnel. The role requires a keen eye for detail, process adherence, and maintaining brand standards.
