Position: Reception /Administration Location: Deeside Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour (DOE) We're looking for an adaptable Reception/Administrator to support the team. You will be required to: Meet and greet visitors, escorting them from security to their destination. Book, arrange, and prepare meeting rooms as needed and organise catering requests Organise refreshment, ensuring coffee machines are cleaned and maintained for visitors Assist with overflow calls, answering phones and handling general admin tasks Assist with various general admin duties, helping to keep the office efficient and organised What We're Looking For: Comfortable using office software such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook This is an ongoing temporary role which starts immediately.
