Compliance Case Handler / Administrator (Housing) Stockton on Tees (Hybrid Working) £27,659 to £29,317 per annum We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Compliance Team in a newly created role. This position will focus on tracking and monitoring DMC (Damp, Mould, and Condensation) works, as well as jobs falling under Awaab’s Law. As this is a brand new role, you’ll have the chance to shape processes and ways of working, making a real impact from day one. In this role, you’ll play a central part in tracking DMC works, along with jobs falling under Awaab’s Law, while also supporting the coordination of cyclical maintenance programmes and remedial work helping to ensure North Star remains safe, compliant, and resilient.
