YOUR ROLE
Our Talent Acquisition team based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch are looking for a proactive, service-focused Resourcing Advisor to join us. In this key role, you’ll manage multiple recruitment campaigns across all our product lines and play an active part in shaping how we attract talent into the business.
This position offers hybrid working, giving you the flexibility to work from the office, from home and occasionally on-site within our operations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Resourcing Manager, you’ll be part of an established, high-performing team, supporting recruitment for a wide range of operational and functional roles across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. You’ll source and engage talent using a mix of internal tools, LinkedIn, CV databases, and your own market insight.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from crafting effective job adverts and shortlisting candidates, to conducting telephone screens, building selection tools, supporting interviews, managing offers and ensuring clear, constructive feedback is provided throughout. A consistent, high-quality candidate experience will be at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers, helping to build strong talent pools and advising on best practice. You will influence and refine recruitment processes and support stakeholders to develop their confidence and capability in making great hiring decisions.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience of recruiting high volume vacancies across various operational and functional positions, ideally working within an in-house or agency recruitment environment. You will be a natural communicator who is able to build effective relationships with stakeholders, highly organised with an energetic approach to work. You must have that hunter mentality, not afraid to seek out and approach passive candidates in the market and be a capable advert writer where you will use your knowledge and know-how to attract the very best talent in the market.
