Qualifications
Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energized by working together as a collaborative team within a fast‑paced retail environment. Previous retail experience is not required; online and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers, in line with company policies and procedures.
* Serve customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with company beliefs.
* Prepare and serve food and drink items from Wild Bean Café.
* Take in deliveries, replenish stock, and manage stock tasks.
* Support company offers, promotions and loyalty scheme proactively.
* Carry out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt.
