Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated customer claim handler to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and guidance post-purchase. Your goal will be to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Duties:
* Engage with clients via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
* Analyse client inquiries to determine their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
* Upsell products and services based on client requirements and preferences.
* Maintain accurate data entry of client interactions and transactions in our systems.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed about product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
Requirements:
* Experience in the automotive industry.
* Strong problem solving capability.
* Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Proficiency in English.
* Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively.
* Experience in upselling products or services is an advantage.
* Competent data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
* Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
