We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Norwich for a Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon. This role is full time for 39 hours per week over 4 days, along with 1 in 3 half weekends. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
The position involves working with and leading a team of 7 talented vets who handle cases fed to them by the surrounding branches, allowing for an exciting and diverse volume of work.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident with routine surgical procedures and have natural communication skills that allow them to make important and trusting connections with colleagues and clients. They will be open to developing their skills at every turn in order to deliver the gold standard for veterinary care.

You must be comfortable with routine surgeries and consultations and enjoy establishing and building working relationships with clients and colleagues. You will have ambition and the motivation to progress in their clinical skills and knowledge, with a particular bias in treating exotic animals. You will be able to work up cases using standard diagnostics.

Package:
45. Salary: Up to £75, per annum, commensurate to experience
46. Holidays: 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays
