The Role
As a Collections Agent, you'll be speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat to support them in resolving outstanding debts. Every case is different, so you'll use negotiation skills, empathy, and problem‑solving ability to agree fair and realistic repayment solutions.

What you'll be doing
* Handling inbound & outbound customer conversations
* Agreeing affordable, tailored payment plans
* Negotiating to achieve positive outcomes
* Managing a varied caseload with attention to detail
* Working towards achievable targets with strong earning potential
What we're looking for
* At least 1 year’s experience in collections, contact centre or customer service
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Resilient, positive and target‑driven mindset
* Ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy
* Team player with a proactive approach
Salary & Benefits
* OTE circa £37,000 (basic + uncapped commission)

Working Hours
