What You’ll Do 🖥️
As Lead Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a key B2B/B2G platform, from discovery and definition, through launch and continuous improvement.
* Translating enterprise and public sector needs into product strategy and scalable platform features
* Leading structured discovery using frameworks like JTBD and Lean Canvas
* Collaborating across engineering, UX, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver secure and user-focused features
* Managing the roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for onboarding, integrations, and product enhancements
* Balancing the needs of clients and end users in B2B2C environments — ensuring quality experiences for both
* Tracking product performance with data, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback
About You 🧠
* 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, B2G, or platform environments
* Digital Identity experience is essential - KYC, identity, verifiable credentials, decentralized identity, mobile driving licence, Developing systems in identity.
* Experience building software in complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems
* Familiarity with enterprise technology and/or public sector environments
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to align legal, commercial, and technical teams
* Comfort working with KPIs, product analytics, and structured prioritisation frameworks
* Proficiency in modern product tooling (Figma, Confluence, Miro, analytics dashboards etc.)
