We are proud to be working in partnership with a leading local company who are a trusted provider of commercial heating and maintenance services, as they look to expand their skilled team. We are recruiting a Commercial Maintenance Engineer to support their growing portfolio of commercial projects across South Wales and further across the UK.
The Role
As a Commercial Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of heating and mechanical systems across a variety of commercial sites. Projects include:

Industrial units
*
Construction sites
*
Schools
*
Nursing homes
*
Public sector buildings
This is a mobile role, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Basic Requirements:
* Relevant Gas and Commercial qualifications
* Valid full UK driving licence
* CSCS Card
* PASMA / IPAF certification
* Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week
* Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and role offered
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate job sheets and records of work carried out/materials used
* Meet deadlines and work to timescales; communicate effectively with managers and clients regarding changes or scheduling
* Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and responsibility
* Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and safe working practices
* Ensure punctuality and reliability in all duties
* Required to support an out-of-hours call-out rota on a shared/rotational basis.
