Job Description for Airbus Global Graduate Programme (AGGP) — Start date: September 2026. Airbus seeks graduates to help pioneer sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world. The programme accelerates growth through the Airbus Global Graduate development journey, offering a personalized, two-year experience designed to cultivate professional skills, business acumen, and technical abilities, with emphasis on leadership potential from day one. You will contribute directly in a specific, impactful position while gaining a unique perspective on Airbus increasingly relevant to the industry.
During the programme you will join a global graduate community for a dedicated development week each year to connect with peers and leaders, and to gain insights from the best in the industry. You will be developed into an established and valuable team member from day one.

What you will be doing
* You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Energy/Water Manager.
* Support the development and oversight of Energy/Water strategies, contribute to efficiency projects, analyze data, and learn about regulatory compliance and new technologies.
* Support projects to identify and implement energy/water saving action plans, including surveys and data analysis.
* Gain experience with digitalization tools for data management, including metering, Building Management Systems, and Energy/Water Management software.
* Develop knowledge in defining and applying energy management strategies, understanding global/local energy markets, and learning about relevant energy codes, standards, and regulations.
* Rotation: a minimum of one placement to support growth into the Energy/Water Manager position; potential rotation within the UK Energy & Sustainability team focusing on CO2/Energy/Water projects, data analysis and reporting.
What we are looking for
* A degree level or equivalent within Engineering, Energy/Water Management, Environmental Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field with a focus on sustainability and data analysis.
* Competent user of spreadsheets, data analytics, graphs, and statistics.
* Strong verbal and written communication in English.
* A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation.
* Ability to be self-aware and eager to drive your own development.
* Security clearance: This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities. Please note that you may only apply once to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme.
