Assistant IT Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Manager (Urgent)
Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance: Establishing and maintaining robust cybersecurity governance by developing and enforcing IT policies, standards, and guidelines
Risk Management & Security Operations: Managing information security risks by conducting technical and security assessments across IT systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives. It involves identifying vulnerabilities, threat exposures, and control gaps, as well as leading post-incident reviews to define effective remediation and preventive measures to strengthen overall security operations
Infrastructure & Security Solutions: Strengthening infrastructure security by evaluating and implementing technical security solutions to protect IT assets
Audit, Advisory & Enablement: Audit support, security advisory, and capability enablement by coordinating internal and external audits, including pre-audit reviews and post-audit follow-ups
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT security, preferably in a regional or global organization
Solid experience in handling IT security incidents, vulnerabilities and intrusion detection systems
Hands‑on experience with security solutions such as vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, application security tools, DNSSEC, SSL/e-Cert, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, load balancers, firewalls, and DLP is an advantage
Practical knowledge of security frameworks and standards including NIST, ISO/IEC 27001 and ITILv4
Professional certifications of CISA (or CISSP) and ISO 27001 are preferred
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Occasional travel to the PRC and overseas for audits, projects and support is required
