Engages effectively with industry and professional bodies to promote Mace, strengthen market presence, and ensure services consistently exceed client expectations while setting a benchmark above competitors.
Please Note: This role will be based in Peterborough 3 days per week.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Driving portfolio governance, aligning investment plans with strategy and regulatory commitments.
2. Managing benefits planning and tracking to ensure value, resilience and efficiency outcomes.
3. Provide robust cost assurance through benchmarking and validation.
4. Delivering clear data insights and reporting while coordinating engagement across planning, finance and regulatory teams.
5. Managing safe, high quality and compliant delivery while championing wellbeing, inclusion and sustainability.
6. Driving strategic assignments, strengthen industry engagement, and promote best in class PMO and project controls expertise.
7. Ensuring ethical, financially sound operations and shape long term business strategy.
8. Mentoring and develop teams, foster innovation, and build strong talent pipelines across the business.
9. Managing PMO and project controls performance across assigned hubs, ensuring best practice and ISO aligned delivery.
10. Acting as SME, directing technical and digital PMO services and providing expert guidance across hubs.
11. Mentoring teams, strengthening capability and fostering high performance.
12. Building strong client partnerships and champion carbon reduction commitments.
You’ll need to have:
13. Chartered or professionally accredited (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) with proven ongoing development.
14. Extensive delivery experience in private banking projects with strong property or infrastructure expertise.
15. Strong commercial acumen and leadership of large, diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
16. Knowledge of carbon impacts and sustainability in project delivery.
