Customer Service Associates — Immediate Start (1st December)
Fully Remote (Equipment Collection Required Before Start Date)
We are urgently recruiting Dutch and German-speaking Customer Service Associates for a 3-month fixed-term contract, supporting an important vehicle safety recall project. This role involves assisting customers with recall-related queries via phone, email, live chat and general administration tasks.
Start Date: 1st December (candidates must be available immediately)
Location: Fully remote, but you must be able to collect equipment from our local office prior to starting.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling inbound and outbound customer contact relating to vehicle recall communications
* Responding to queries via calls, email, and chat
* Processing information accurately and completing associated administration
* Providing clear, calm and supportive customer guidance
* Ensuring all interactions are logged correctly in internal systems
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent Dutch or German (written and spoken)
* Experience in Customer Service, contact centre or helpdesk environments
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Confident using multiple systems and managing administrative tasks
* Ability to start immediately and commit for the full 3-month contract
* Must be able to collect IT equipment from our office before the start date
