Role descriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Account Executive at AGORA in LondonLead the onboarding process of new sellers (brands, distributors, retailers) to selling on TikTokProactive and continuous communication with sellers to ensure a frictionless experience and most importantly to optimize their online salesTrack sellers’ performance and suggest improvements to increase salesWork closely with Community team to identify opportunities to push sales through video content!Think creatively to dominate TikTok e-commerce sales!Who you are:Previous experience is not required but you must have a strong record of academic excellence with a degree from a top universityHigh enthusiasm for e-commerce and a startup environmentAre relentless at problem solving and can think quickly on your feetStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneouslyAre fluent in English and have strong communication skillsAnalytical thinker and proficient in Microsoft ExcelInterested in social media, mainly TikTok, and are excited about the next revolution in e-commerce: video-driven sales!The Company Launched in March 2020, Agora wants to help brands and creators reach the next generation of consumer where they are, mainly on social media platforms like TikTok.
