The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our client. This position involves managing accounts payable, performing data entry, and utilising various accounting software to ensure accurate financial records. Duties Assist in the management of accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records. Utilise accounting software for various financial transactions and reporting. Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and reports as required. Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments. Maintain organised records of financial transactions and documentation. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the finance department. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services sector is preferred. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles. Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
