About the Role
As a General Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work alongside class teachers to support learning across the curriculum
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Support children with additional needs to access learning
* Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and admin tasks
What We're Looking For
* A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working with children (in a school or other setting) is desirable
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
