B2B Account Manager Stoke-on-Trent 28K basic OTE 40K Responsibilities of the B2B Account Manager • Manage and grow existing B2B accounts through proactive outreach (phone, email, digital platforms) and respond to inbound enquiries • Promote the full range of our client’s offerings, including devices, accessories, and value-add services such as grading, custom packaging, and pre-configuration • Negotiate pricing, upsell product ranges, and build orders to maximise revenue • Monitor and drive customer sales performance against agreed KPIs • Promote our digital tools (e.g., sales portals) to enhance customer engagement • Conduct customer visits and represent us at UK-based exhibitions and industry events • Proactively identify, win and onboard new B2B business opportunities • Undertake market research and conduct due diligence on prospective customers The ideal B2B Account Manager will need to be/have: • Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role • Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets • Strong commercial awareness with experience in negotiation and relationship management • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
