As a Warehouse Operative/ Driver, you will:
* Pick and assemble orders accurately, ensuring they are ready for dispatch
* Handle customer collections and ensure correct stock allocation
* Work closely with the Stock Controller to report stock issues, damages, or discrepancies
* Assist with goods-in processes and van loading when required
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the warehouse
* Move and store stock safely, including operating a counterbalance
* Meet achievable pick-rate targets
* Carry out occasional driving duties to support depot operations
