Brand Manager | Sport. Lifestyle. Legacy Reimagined.

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Brand Manager to lead bold and creative marketing that drives awareness, relevance, and loyalty—especially among a younger, lifestyle-led audience. You’ll bring big ideas to life across social, digital, partnerships, retail and live experiences, working with professional athletes and passionate product teams.
This is an incredible opportunity to take ownership of a brand that’s steeped in history, but on a fast-paced journey toward something bigger. You’ll sit at the heart of the brand, shaping campaign strategy, leading storytelling, and making a real commercial impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the charge on campaign planning & execution across key product & brand moments
Managing the full marketing mix with dynamic, multi-channel campaigns
Collaborating with our player ambassadors to tell engaging stories that resonate
Briefing and managing content production for internal teams & partners
Partnering with retailers to activate strong, on-brand support at every touchpoint
Owning the brand calendar and working across Product, Sales, NPD and Creative
Shaping the evolution of our tone of voice, brand identity & messaging
Using AI tools and insights to supercharge content and creative output
Collaborating closely with social media & performance marketing teams to engage audience
Tracking brand performance and engagement to optimise campaigns
Who You Are:
You live and breathe brands, and know how to bring them to life across channels
You’ve got 4+ years of experience in brand marketing within sport, lifestyle, fashion or FMCG
You have a sharp eye for creativity & confidently brief, guide & manage content production
You’ve worked with ambassadors, influencers or athletes and get what makes a story resonate
You understand retail and digital channels, and how to activate effectively across both
You’re data-aware, insight-driven and know how to sharpen messaging based on results
You’re hands-on, collaborative, and take pride in delivering great work
You're AI-curious or already using AI tools in your creative or content workflows
