Role Overview
Were looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Retention & Sales Executive to join a growing global venue sourcing solution specializing in promoting venues and hotels through advertising on their platform. This role blends relationship management, sales, and analytical insight.
Youll be responsible for retaining existing hotel partners, driving renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities, while also engaging new prospects through targeted outreach. A key part of your success will come from interpreting data, understanding website traffic, user behaviour, and market trends to inform sales strategy and demonstrate value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Retention & Account Management
Manage and nurture relationships with existing hotel members to ensure high renewal rates
Proactively engage clients ahead of renewal periods with performance insights and recommendations
Deliver a consultative approach, demonstrating the value of continued membership
