Customer Services Specialist
Join a Team That Puts People First
At our family-run organisation, we do things differently. We're not a faceless corporation — we're a close-knit team that values collaboration, camaraderie, and work-life balance. When you join us, you're not just another number; you're part of a workplace where your wellbeing matters too.
We believe work should be rewarding in more ways than one, which is why we foster a friendly, inclusive culture. Whether it's socialising after work, celebrating team successes, or simply knowing that management understands real-life commitments— we're all in this together.
About the Role
We are looking for Customer Services Specialists to join our brand-new Chesterfield Service Hub. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role supporting individuals by handling inbound and outbound calls, live chat interactions, and coordinating referral services.
You'll be providing guidance, reassurance, and practical solutions to those in need, ensuring they receive the right support at the right time. If you're a natural communicator with a compassionate and level-headed approach, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting service users via phone, live chat, and email, offering a listening ear and practical solutions.
* Coordinating referrals for specialist services, ensuring smooth and timely support.
* Managing case records, handling confidential information with care and professionalism.
* Collaborating with colleagues, working together to provide the best possible service.
* Bringing energy to the team—we value positivity, proactive problem-solving, and a strong team spirit.
What We're Looking For
* Great communicators who can handle sensitive conversations with professionalism.
* Organised and detail-oriented individuals who can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Empathetic and calm under pressure, able to support people during challenging times.
* Tech-savvy team players who are comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
* Previous experience in customer service, helpline support, or referral coordination is beneficial but not essential—the right attitude matters most
