About The Role

Step into a highly rewarding and influential position at Boggabilla Clinic—a remote, nurse‑led community health service situated just 10km from the Queensland border and approximately 120km from Moree. This close‑knit yet rapidly growing clinic is driven by a passionate team dedicated to strengthening community partnerships and advancing outcomes in Chronic Disease Management and Aboriginal Health.


Role

* Lead comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver expert consultation to clients, families, and fellow clinicians.
* Provide specialist nursing care, education, and mentoring within your advanced practice scope.
* Apply your high‑level clinical judgement to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, Hunter New England Health, and key external partners to ensure coordinated, culturally safe, and community‑centred care.
* Broaden your impact across Child and Family Health and Audiometry, delivering vital early‑intervention and preventive health services to support a community with complex and evolving needs.


About You

You are a compassionate, highly skilled nurse with a strong foundation in Community and Primary Health Care. You thrive in a remote, close‑knit environment, and your leadership inspires those around you.


You’ll Bring

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Community and Primary Health Care.
* A postgraduate qualification in one of the following: Community and Primary Health, Audiometry, Child and Family Health, or Chronic Care.
* Proven ability to deliver specialist nursing services, mentor colleagues, and drive quality improvement in care delivery.
* Eligibility to drive in NSW.
* A passion for working collaboratively with Aboriginal communities to improve health equity and outcomes.
