What I need from you:
* You are a junior copywriter with 1-2 years of advertising / creative agency experience or a mid-weight with 4-5 years of experience.
* You have a beautifully presented portfolio of creative work, showing your craft, thinking, development and final output
* The ability to craft ideas for a range of output - digital communications, OOH, press, social, brand activation, shopper, etc
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
* An approachable and friendly nature with a lack of ego and strong ability to build rapport with your colleagues
* The ability to confidently and articulately pitch and present your ideas to internal and external stakeholders
* The desire to keep up with trends, best practices etc and inspiring teams to do so
* Forward-thinking, confidence challenging briefs
Salary junior copywriter: £30k DOE
Salary midwight copywriter: £40k DOE
